Full copies of Personal tax return, for the most recent 3 years
Full copies of Business tax return, for the most recent 3 years
Year-to-Date Business Income Statement, current within 60 days
Year-to-Date Business Balance Sheet, current within 60 days
Current Business Debt Schedule
Cost Documents/Use of Loan Proceeds (i.e., purchase agreement, quotes, bids)
Personal Financial Statement for each 20%+ Owner and/or Guarantor
Business plan, if business operating less than 2 years
