- 2 years of CDL Driving Experience
- Maintenance/repairs savings account
- 1 year incident-free Driver Record/MVR Motor Vehicle Report
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
- Life insurance (If applicable)
- Current CDL Insurance
- Personal Financial Statements
- Year to Date Business Financial Statement (If applicable)
- Up to 2 years of Personal and/or Business tax return
