Owned and operated by Emma Wagstaff and her family, the business began in 2013 with a simple vision: to introduce Savannah to traditional British pies. Emma and her brother combined their skills, her background in the U.S. and his bakery expertise from the UK, to create a thriving local enterprise. Recently recognized as SBAC’s 2024 Michael Bunn, Sr. Memorial Rising Star Award recipient, Emma shared her inspiring journey during her acceptance. Starting from scratch, she turned to local resources like SCORE and SBAC for guidance in navigating the complexities of launching a business in the U.S. Her advice for budding entrepreneurs? “There’s no perfect time to start—just start.
